If you run out of minutes, you can upgrade to a higher plan for increased limits. If your needs exceed the available plans, reach out to us about our Enterprise plan—it’s fully customizable and not limited to organisations.

What does 'Organisation-Specific Silo & Hosting' mean?

For Enterprise customers, ClinicalPad offers a secure, isolated hosting environment tailored to meet organisational compliance and data security needs.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

You’ll retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing period. After that, you’ll be moved to the Starter plan.

Are there cancellation fees?

No, there are no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime. However, please note that payments for the current billing period are non-refundable.

What happens if I cancel during the trial period?

If you cancel during the trial period, you won’t be charged. In fact, no card details are required when signing up for any of our plans. If you decide to continue after the trial ends, you’ll be prompted to add your payment details to activate your chosen plan, and billing will begin automatically.
